Covid: 10,371 cases, 41 deaths Positive rate at 14% - Medicine

There are 10,371 new infections from Covid recorded in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Ministry of Health. Yesterday there were 18,678. The victims are instead 41, compared to yesterday 15 more. A total of 74,636 swabs were performed, including antigenic and molecular, with the positivity rate of 13.9%, slightly down from 14.63% yesterday. 193 patients are hospitalized in intensive care, 10 more than yesterday.

Daily admissions are 14. There are 4,210 hospitalized in ordinary wards, or 92 more than yesterday. The currently positive are 616,928, therefore 5,286 less in the last 24 hours. A total of 17,664,043 Italians have been infected since the beginning of the pandemic, while the deaths rise to 167,432. The discharged and healed are 16,879,683, with an increase of 15,913 compared to yesterday.
