(ANSA) – CATANZARO, 04 JUL – There are 1,456 more infected with Covid in Calabria, which brings the total to 423,909. The positivity rate is 33.43%, with 4,356 swabs performed (overall figure 3,265,557). There are three new deaths, with the total number of victims reaching 2,686. There are also 22 more hospitalizations in the medical area, while those in intensive care remain stable at seven. The active cases are 43,699 (+1,057), the isolated at home 43,459 (+1,035) and the cured 377,524 (+396). data are communicated to the Region by the prevention departments of the five provincial health authorities. Territorially, since the beginning of the epidemic, the positive cases are thus distributed. Catanzaro: 4,883 active cases (69 in ward, 3 in intensive care, 4,811 in home isolation); 62,911 cases closed (62,582 recovered, 329 deceased). Cosenza: 28,387 active cases (82 in the ward, 1 in intensive care, 28,304 in home isolation); 86,827 cases closed (85,690 recovered, 1,137 deceased). Crotone: 1,369 active cases (16 in the ward, 0 in intensive care, 1,353 in home isolation); 42,021 cases closed (41,783 recovered, 238 deceased). Reggio Calabria: 7,217 active cases (49 in ward, 2 in intensive care, 7,166 in home isolation); 146,380 cases closed (145,587 recovered, 793 deceased). Vibo Valentia: 898 active cases (17 in ward, 0 in intensive care, 881 in home isolation); 39,906 cases closed (39,730 recovered, 176 deceased).
