Covid: EU signs contract with BioNTech-Pfizer for 1.8 billion doses in 2021-23

Brussels, May 20 (beraking latest news Salute) – The European Commission has signed the third contract with BioNTech and Pfizer for the supply of 1.8 billion doses of the anti-Covid vaccine in 2021-23 to member states. This is 900 million doses of the current vaccine, or a vaccine adapted to variants, plus an option for another 900 million.
