Covid, here’s when to swab: the seven symptoms that predict infection

A group of seven symptoms is highly predictive of Covid and therefore gives a high probability of a positive molecular swab (PCR) outcome: loss of smell, changes in taste, fever, chills, loss of appetite, persistent cough and muscle aches.

This is what emerged in a work published in the journal PLOS Medicine by Marc Chadeau-Hyam and Paul Elliott of Imperial College London.
