Covid: Munich suspends AstraZeneca vaccinations under the age of 60

Berlin, March 30 (beraking latest news Salute / Dpa) – Even Munich, after Berlin, has decided to suspend the administration of the AstraZeneca anti-Covid vaccine to people under 60, pending clarification if there is a link with 31 cases of thrombosis, 9 of which were fatal. All but 2 suspected cases concern women between the ages of 20 and 63.

German authorities resumed AstraZeneca vaccinations on March 19 after the green light of the EMA. According to data from the Koch Institute, 2.7 million people in Germany have received the first dose of AstraZeneca.
