A good recipe to prepare at any time, but ideal for breakfast. Let’s make the low carb porridge dome together.
Very light, with little fat and sugar, excellent for those on a diet but do not want to give up taste. Let’s see together which ingredients we need.

Ingrediants
- Cinnamon
- Sweetener
- 30 g of rolled oats
- 110 g of albums
- 3 g in agar
- 310 ml of water
Low carb porridge dome: procedure
Let’s start by adding, in a pot, agar agar, sweetener, oat flakes and water. We stir until it comes to a boil and then let it cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
As soon as we notice that it starts to get creamy, we add the egg whites and let it cook for 3 minutes, taking care to always mix.

When it is cooked, transfer the porridge to a bowl and put it in the fridge to cool for 3 hours. After the time has elapsed, we overturn our dome on a plate and garnish it with one sprinkled with cinnamon and, why not, even some chocolate syrup.
Advice: to make it even richer, we can perhaps accompany it with a few tufts of whipped cream and a rich sprinkling of bitter cocoa.
