by admin

Minsait, the company through which the Indra holding operates in Italy, has announced the acquisition of Net Studio, an Italian company specialized in governance digital identity, identity management, access management, privileged account management e governance some data.

Thanks to a team of over 70 experts and a client portfolio operating in the financial, industrial and energy sectors, Net Studio contributes to consolidating the Italian offer of Minsait which was already active in the cyber security sector through projects developed in the Telco, museum and of the public administration.

The acquisition does not foresee organizational shocks for the acquired since the management team remains unchanged and will be headed by Francesco Casertano, cybersecurity manager of Minsait in Italy.

The operation is only the latest in a series of acquisitions that the Spanish group has completed in our territory. In fact, at the beginning of 2021, Minsait had acquired SmartPaper, an Italian company specializing in digital document management solutions and services.

In the future, it cannot be ruled out that we will see other similar operations, especially in the cybersecurity field. The huge growth in cybercrime over the past five years has pushed companies around the world to equip themselves with systems that can repel attacks and keep data and financial assets safe and the galaxy of companies born to fill the demand for products and services needs to be rationalized to better serve the market and optimize companies’ response to the danger of cybercriminals.
