As the epidemic enters its third year, video conferencing, which was originally a temporary plan, has gradually become a part of daily work. Many manufacturers naturally see the business opportunities behind this, and Dell is no exception to launch this U3223QZ, the main focus is to build a fairly large 4K webcam in the upper frame.

This webcam uses Sony’s Stravis CMOS sensor, which can capture 4K HDR video at 30fps or 1080p video at 60fps. It can also adjust the viewing angle between 65 degrees, 78 degrees, and 90 degrees, allowing you to control how many people or the environment enter the lens. When the webcam is not in use, it has a built-in privacy curtain that automatically closes, and there is also a switch on the front to manually close it. This webcam also supports Windows Hello, so as long as you sit down, you can unlock the computer without having to type a password.

As for the display itself, it is a 31.5-inch 4K IPS panel. In addition to having DisplayHDR 400 certification and covering 98% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, Dell also claims that this is the first panel with IPS Black technology, allowing it to have 2,000 :1 contrast. This is of course incomparable with OLED, but it is much better than the 1,000:1 of general IPS panels.

Like most Dell monitors, U3223QZ has a rich selection of ports. In addition to the necessary DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.0, it also has a 5-port (one in and four out) USB-A, and a 90W PD power output. USB-C. Dell expects to start selling U3223QZ in the United States on March 29, and the price will not be announced until it is closer to the market.
