Bandai Namco Entertainment released today (17th) a new promotional video for the new “Digimon Survival” series of “Digimon” at the Digimon Con event held for fans around the world on February 27.
“Digimon Survival” has been released for the first time since 2018. After three delays and dystocia, it is currently expected to be released this year.
“Digimon Survival” tells the story of boys and girls who suddenly entered a different world and must survive in this severe environment together with the strange monsters they meet here.
This work is divided into two main axes, namely “Text Adventure”, which describes the adventure story between boys, girls and monsters, and “Strategic Battle”, which uses monster companions to defeat enemy monsters. The player’s “choice” during the adventure will not only affect the development and evolution of Digimon, but also affect the development of the plot.
It is currently determined that this work will be divided into three routes. After all three are completed, a fourth route will appear, and the play time of one route is about 40 hours.
“Digimon Survival” is expected to be released on PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, STEAM, Nintendo Switch in 2022.
