On September 30, Dr. Mariateresa Manglaviti, who took over from Dr. Bratu, ceases her activity as a general practitioner in the territorial area of the municipalities of Arsiè, Fonzaso, Lamon and Sovramonte. The approximately 600 patients were reassigned ex officio, in order to guarantee the continuity of primary care, to doctors Albino Cito and Eleonora Tucci, already working in the field, who will also guarantee the clinic in Lamon. In particular, Dr. Cito will be present in the office located in Lamon c / o the Hospital on Tuesdays from 17 to 19 and on Wednesdays from 16 to 19, by appointment; Dr. Tucci will be in Lamon’s office on Mondays from 4 to 6.30 pm and on Fridays from 10 to 12.30, always by appointment.
A letter was sent home to each patient with the assignment to the new doctor and useful information. In fact, it will not be necessary for the patients to make any new choice of doctor. They will be able to continue to use the paper health card already in their possession. Of course, the possibility of making a different choice among doctors in the local area with availability of places is reserved, by sending an email (not certified e-mail) to the address “[email protected]” with the following subject “Cessazione dr. Manglaviti ”, indicating name, surname, place, date of birth, residential address, tax code of the patient and the name of the chosen primary care physician. A copy of the identity document and the paper health card issued by the Ulss must be attached to the e-mail.
