They contain caffeine, taurine, guarana, sugars. And the kids consume them, these non-alcoholic energy drinks, believing they improve concentration and increase energy. Not knowing that too much has effects on health and behavior.

Another piece of information on energy drinks, marketed in over 165 countries and whose consumption has gone from 60 million liters in 2000 to 130 million today, is added with the results of a research, published on BMJ Openwhich examined several studies published between 2013 and 2021.
