Eni renews, for the eighth consecutive year, the partnership with Innova Camera, the special company of the Rome Chamber of Commerce which organizes the Maker Faire 2021, in program already Gazometro from 8 to 10 October. Eni will be present with a widespread installation along the exhibition path of the fair, in which it will describe the transformation and its technological innovation strategy in various stages.
Technological innovation which is the keystone to face one of the most important contemporary challenges: guaranteeing theaccess to fair, sustainable and reliable energy at the same time, fight climate change reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
The Ostiense district was placed in eighth place by the Guardian in the 2020 ranking of the most promising areas in Europe, the only Italian case. A total area of twelve hectares where Eni is proceeding with the recovery of industrial areas and reclamation works. In this architectural context of industrial history, a real “perimeter of innovation” is born.
Here the headquarters of Joule, Eni’s School for Business, created to promote sustainable entrepreneurial training and the acceleration of startups with business initiatives relating to the areas of energy transition, decarbonisation and the circular economy. In this place he also recently settled Zero, the clean-tech accelerator of the national network of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti.
