By the end of the year, all three of the Castles will be updated, and Capcom has announced that game save data from the original PS4 and Xbox One versions will carry over to the new update.
The message comes from a post on the official Twitter accountGuesssaid: “We are pleased to confirm that the save data from the original PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of these games will carry over to their respective upgraded versions.”
Capcom added that all downloadable content (DLC) for the Gold Edition of Ghost Town 7 will also be available across editions.
Evil Castle 2, Evil Castle 3, and Evil Castle 7 are all coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S this year with visual enhancements, and Capcom also says that if you already own these games, upgrade It will be free, and says: “When the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions launch, the upgrades for all three games will also be released to PC players for free”.
