Facebook has announced the arrival of two new devices of the Portal family: they are called Go (has 10 “screen) and Plus (14” tilt screen), cost respectively 229 and 369 euros, they can be booked online and will be available from October 19th.

The smaller of the two is Portal Go, which allows you to make video calls and is also portable, since it has been designed to be moved from one room to another in the house during a conversation, thanks to the integrated handle; it has 12 Mp cameras equipped with ultrawide field of view and a portable speaker for listening to music and podcasts. Portal+ it has the largest screen, the same ultrawide camera and stereo speakers; it seems particularly suitable for video meetings, because the large display allows you to see up to 25 people at the same time on Zoom.

It is also useful for connecting with family and friends thanks to the Household mode, which allows you to share your Portal with anyone in the family, ensuring that they can access all the apps and contacts you want to share; in addition, Facebook has updated the Watch Together on Portal, so you can watch movies, TV series and shows in company with the Portal-to-Portal and in the coming months the possibility of chatting via WhatsApp will also be integrated.
