Rubino writes that the solicitation sent a few days ago was not answered: «It is necessary to apply the law that speaks clearly. The request we made to the local public administration is peremptory and official: it is necessary to act with extreme immediacy to proceed in compliance with the law, primarily having public health at heart which cannot, after so much suffering suffered during this pandemic, undergo pure uncertainties and bureaucratic omissions “.
The director of the ASL, Florian Zerzer, makes it known that he is moving and how: «A part of these doctors has already been suspended from service. These days I have sent a circular to recruit general practitioners – even retired – because I have to be able to immediately replace those who will be suspended. We are waiting for an answer ».
It is unthinkable to leave the patients – each doctor has about 1,500 – without a reference point.
And the ultimatum of theOrder of doctors always to the ASL and the Province: “Suspend the no vax doctors, otherwise we will give a mandate to the trusted lawyer to initiate timely initiatives”.
According to the Medical Association, an “unspecified number of employed, affiliated and freelance doctors would not yet be vaccinated and would still continue to operate in public or private health facilities, thus invalidating the national vaccination plan, with possible serious consequences on public health».
