Family doctors: thanks to the union, the minister and Sisac for the renewal of the agreement – Enpam Foundation

Enpam, the doctors and dentists’ social security body, is expressing satisfaction with the signing of the national collective agreement for 2019-2021, which has finally been renewed. According to Enpam president Alberto Oliveti, the renewal of the agreement also provides for significant contribution arrears for the organization.

“This signature puts an end to an unacceptable delay in updating tasks and recognizing compensation. We hope that we can now go fully up to speed by renewing the agreement also for the period starting from 2022,” Oliveti said.

Oliveti also expressed his gratitude to the Fimmg executive and other unions who worked hard for the renewal. He specifically thanked Sisac, in the person of coordinator Marco Caroli, and councilor Marco Alparone, president of the Regions’ sector committee for healthcare.

“Recognition should be given to the Minister of Health Orazio Schillaci, who has always supported this vision that we want of general medicine and which the agreement establishes,” Oliveti concluded.

The signing of the agreement is seen as a positive development for family doctors and a step towards ensuring fair compensation and recognition for their work. Enpam looks forward to further cooperation and progress in the healthcare sector, with the hope of renewing the agreement for the period starting from 2022.
