Few people know that liver cancer occurs if you suffer from these diseases

by admin

Cancer is generally and generically one of the most frightening and worrying pathologies, given that, net of major steps in the medical field, people who contract one of these forms of pathology are increasingly widespread. It is also difficult in many cases to define precisely and accurately in all respects the cause, given that there are various factors.

Cancer is essentially caused by DNA mutations at the cellular level: when this happens, a certain number of cells usually multiply in an abnormal and uncontrolled way by the body. Therapies tend to be quite specific and also vary by the “stage” of the tumor, although prevention is probably the best “weapon”, because in many cases (but not all) the disease brings a series of more or less detectable symptoms.

Liver cancer

It is one of the best known: liver cancer takes the form of a form of neoplasm, that is, an abnormal formation of tissue inside the organ, which develops the most widespread form of this disease for the liver, namely the HCC. In addition to genetic reasons, this is mainly caused by liver cirrhosis (generally due to a large consumption of alcohol but also by a tendency on the part of the liver to contract irritation), hepatitis B and C.

What pathologies?

There are various “clues”, represented by pathologies that can give more than a few indications: loss of appetite, frequent and continuous abdominal pain, jaundice, that is the tendency to cause the skin to be pigmented tending to yellow. Also a finding of more greasy and dark colored stools, as well as a feeling of chronic and persistent fatigue.

In some cases, oral blood loss is also found, a sign of the disease in progress.

Patients with hepatitis B and C tend to develop liver cancer much more frequently than normal, which is why they are considered in all respects subject to risk.
