Subject: Compensation for the anti-COVID 19 vaccination of General Practitioners. Be wary
As is known, the GPs of the entire Puglia Region, keeping to the contractual commitments undertaken in the institutional offices, have carried out a considerable anti-COVID 19 vaccination activity, helping to protect the population and making a substantial contribution to the containment of the pandemic. In the face of this effort, which has produced undoubted and tangible results and which has been carried out according to the methods agreed with the Region, to date it must be noted that the established remuneration has not been paid.
The writer struggles to find an explanation for this inertia, which also negatively affects the confidence of GPs in the institutional interlocutor. Therefore, given that a further delay is not tolerable, it warns the Region and the AASSLLs to provide feedback on the remuneration due to each and to disburse what is contractually established.
In the event of further inaction, it is understood that the GPs will contact the competent Judge to obtain the amount due to them.
