CREAM – A gym for two. They will be the Videoton of 5-a-side football and the Volley 2.0 of volleyball a contend for the management and use of the Alina Donati De Conti municipal gym in via Toffetti and the outdoor 5-a-side football pitch in synthetic grass. In fact, the two sports clubs took part in the expression of interest promoted by the Municipality, precisely in order to identify the economic operators interested in the service subject to the concession. Considering that by the deadline two requests of interest have been received from two companies, in possession of the required requisites, the Municipality will now have to launch a simplified tender procedure by inviting both operators who have expressed their willingness to manage the gym in via Toffetti.
On August 18th at 10 am the commission will meet to evaluate the offers and decide on the assignment of the plant. The concession will have a duration of five years from the signing of the agreement, with the possibility of renewal for another five at the request of the concessionaire within five months of the expiry of the concession and subject to the unquestionable evaluation of the municipal council. The total amount of the concession amounts to 88,500 euros for the entire duration of the agreement. The simplified tender will see the award according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer for the Municipality.
