Brisk walking can be done in different ways. In this case we use wide strides by working the quadriceps and calves to the bottom. So, let’s stop and do 1 minute of the front jumping jack. Standing and with our arms stretched forward, we jump by spreading the legs, bringing the arms up. We will involve many muscles, but above all the abdominals and the entire backbone.

Then let’s get back on the bike and do 4 minutes of gentle running. Let’s not forget to breathe correctly. Finally, the last exercise in place, we extend our hands and go to touch the palms with the knees, alternately lifting the legs. We do the exercise for 1 minute. We repeat the series 3 times and do it every day for 4 weeks.
