Fluida, DEXTF and the other new entries in the Italian Tech Startup Database

Recrowd, DEXTF, Fluida, Smart Mobility srl – Ride, Apical, HiQ-Nano, PBV Monitor and MyCredit Service are the 8 new startups that entered the Startup Database of Italian Tech which debuted on 23 September last (here the explanation of the reasons and objectives). Here is more in detail who they are and how they grow.

Recrowd is the platform of the startup of the same name founded by Gianluca De Simone, Simone Putignano and Massimo Traversi in 2018 which allows you to invest in real estate crowdfunding. In 2019, it raised 420 thousand euros from an equity crowdfunding campaign on the Opstart platform.

DEXTF (acronym for Decentralized Traded Funds) is a startup founded in 2017 which deals with asset management using the blockchain. Based in Singapore, but founded by Italians Mario Aquino, Nicola Dalmazzo, Filippo Fanin and Federico Cristina, in 2019 it closed a $ 460,000 round led by LuneX Ventures and SGInnovate.

Fluida is a startup that has developed a platform to automate data collection on the workforce, analyze them with algorithms and return them in the form of practical advice that improve daily life in the company. Founded in 2018 by Andrea Burocco and Hernàn Solima, in 2019 it was acquired by the Zucchetti Group. The same year it raised 400 thousand euros in a round attended by business angels.

Smart Mobility srl – Ride is a startup that has developed a mobility service shared hybrid powered by a rechargeable portable battery, which allows the activation of the vehicles in electric assisted mode. In 2019 it closed a € 400,000 round led by LVenture Group, Italian Angels for Growth (IAG) and Iren. It was founded in 2019 by Andrea Crociani and Francesco Ceriani Sebregondi and incubated at LuissEnLabs.

Apical is a TravelTech startup which allows tour operators and industry professionals to design and sell travel experiences online. Founded in 2018 by Fabio Daniele, Michele Pierangeli and Nicola Zanola and raised in the Luiss EnLabs incubator, in 2019 it closed a 400,000 euro seed round underwritten by LVenture Group, Italian Angels for Growth and other business angels.

HiQ-Nano is a startup born in 2013 in the Italian Institute of Technology which develops nanoparticles of various materials through innovative syntheses with low environmental impact that can be used in various industrial sectors. In 2019 it closed a round of 350 thousand euros led by the Progress Tech Transfer fund.

PBV Monitor is a startup specialized in data acquisition and dissemination for the legal services sector. In 2019 Clear Leisure, an investment company listed on AIM of London, invested 310 thousand euros in the company.

MyCredit Service, is the invoice trading platform developed by Credit Service. In 2019, it raised 230 thousand euros from an equity crowdfunding campaign on the Fundera platform.
