Fundalogy Supports Startup Freedom & Flow to Improve Workplace Well-being and Employee Health

MÁLAGA, 22 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) – Fundalogy, a company of the Unicaja Banking Foundation, has announced its support for the startup Freedom & Flow in their mission to improve workplace well-being and employee health. This support comes as part of Fundalogy’s commitment to promoting innovative and socially useful projects.

Freedom & Flow, based in Ciudad Real, has developed the Healthy Box web tool, which aims to evaluate and optimize the health of workers and implement healthy habits in a personalized way. This initiative is designed to increase employee satisfaction and well-being within organizations.

The collaboration between Fundalogy and Freedom & Flow was formalized through an agreement signed by the general director of Fundalogy, Javier de Pro, and the CEO of Freedom & Flow, Beatriz Crespo, who holds a PhD in Medicine. The Healthy Box web platform, developed by Freedom & Flow, incorporates three diagnostic tools that optimize companies’ management of workplace well-being. The first tool offers digital wellness coaching to help workers understand and adopt healthy habits tailored to their lifestyle. The second tool compares the value propositions offered by companies to their employees with those of the best companies to work for, allowing for alignment and optimization of well-being investments. The third tool helps companies analyze the causes of work absenteeism and identify psychosocial risks to assess the impact on productivity and sustainability.

Through the data provided by the web platform, companies can personalize their well-being and health initiatives, creating individual action plans and guides for employees. This approach aims to increase employee commitment to health and self-care.
