General practitioners, terminations and names for new positions

Some terminations and consequent new appointments for general practitioners are scheduled for 30 June.
Chiara Gregorini (Valdarno) would have ceased on June 30 but had the extension of her office; Vittorio Cecconi (Valdarno) ceases on 3 July and the temporary post has been assigned to Gaia Rondoni; David Coradeschi (Arezzo area) ends on 30 June and provisional assignment to Giuliano Barbato. The patients of Giulia Berlingozzi (Valdarno) who also ceases on June 30 will have to choose a new doctor instead. Its termination is connected to the activation of two new agreements: Elena Banchi (Valdarno) from 1 July will start the Primary Assistance agreement in the municipality of Castelfranco Piandiscò and Berlingozzi will start the Primary Assistance agreement in the municipality of Castelfranco Piandiscò. Patients who want to keep this doctor as their doctor will have to make a choice in her favor.
