With the launch of Microsoft Windows 11 (Win11), various motherboard manufacturers have also listed the supported models, and most motherboards can enable the TPM 2.0 function through the BIOS to support the Windows 11 operating system.
GIGABYTE announced that the following motherboard models all support the TPM 2.0 features required by Windows 11:
- Intel X299、 C621、C232、C236、C246、200、300、400、500
- AMD TRX40、300、400、500
The above-mentioned motherboards can be turned on by BIOS to support the latest TPM 2.0 functions, and can be verified by the Windows 11 operating system upgrade.
For motherboards of Intel X299 and B250 (inclusive) and above, you only need to enable the Intel Platform Trust Technology (PTT) option. As for AMD AM4 and TRX40 series motherboards, enable the fTPM option in the BIOS to enable the use of related chips. The GIGABYTE motherboard of the group has passed the compatibility verification of the Windows 11 operating system, so that the system upgrade process will not be hindered by the TPM 2.0 support problem.
