87/100 for 2019 and 90/100 for 2020. The report cards for public health managers have arrived. On 2 August the regional council approved the votes with decrees directed at each individual company.,
Votes were awarded to CEO of Asst Sette Laghi Gianni Bonelli and his team made up of the medical director Lorenzo Maffioli, the socio-medical director Ivan Mazzoleni and the administrative one Ugo Palaoro.
The vote of the managing director of ASST Valle Olona Eugenio Porfido and his team (Dr Paola Giuliani, Dr Marino Dell’Acqua and Dr Marco Passaretta.) that he got 89/100 while last year it had 90/100.
The votes refer to the outcome of the assessment of the corporate objectives of regional interest assigned to the General Manager of the Territorial Healthcare Company of the Seven Lakes for the years 2019 – 2020 and indications for the payment of the related economic incentive “;
Among the goals achieved there I’m:
- Recovery of greatly reduced outpatient specialist services due to the Covid 2019 emergency – Production of the second half of 2020 equal to at least 95% of the production of the second half of 2019 – weight 25;
- Implementation of the hospital network reorganization plan – weight 20;
- Implementation of the plan to strengthen the surveillance and assistance activities of the territorial network – weight 25;
- Full implementation of regional indications for the management of the emergency from SARS-COV-2 (Covid 19) including remodeling actions aimed at achieving the LEA / NSG objectives – weight 30;
- Implementation of the hospital network reorganization plan – weight 20;
- Full implementation of the regional indications for the management of the emergency from SARS-COV-2 (Covid 19) including the reshaping of the actions aimed at achieving the LEA / NSG objectives – weight 30;
- Management and implementation of the regional program for the collection of hyperimmune plasma – weight 20;
- Full activation of the Operations Center 116117 – weight 30;
The marks on the “report card” correspond to an economic incentive in the same measure as that of the vote: CEO Bonelli will receive an incentive of 87% for 2019 and 90% for the following year; while CEO Porfido will receive an 89% incentive for 2019 and 90% for last year.
