The third clarification concerns the hardware: Chrome OS Flex gives new enamel to the old one but with limits. The minimum prerequisites exclude most PCs prior to 2010, especially with regard to processors and graphics cards. The 4 Gb of Ram required for an optimal experience and the 16 Gb of disk space are features that are easily found on board machines with a few more years on their shoulders. Although it shares the technology behind Chrome OS and the graphical interface recalls its appearance in all respects, Chrome OS Flex has some differences when installed.
