According to the latest image shared by Reddit community netizen tagtech414, it shows what the Google Pixel Watch looks like worn on the wrist. He has also shared previously unannounced wearables from Google, so he can be trusted in terms of reliability.
tagtech414 wrote in the post that the strap was a bit painful to wear for the first time, but after wearing it successfully, the connection felt very solid. The band is “soft silicone with good stretch and doesn’t seem to show fingerprints/oil smudges too badly” and sounds similar to the Apple Watch Sport Band, just slightly narrower.
tagtech414 says the Pixel Watch has a 20mm band, while the Apple Watch has at least a 22mm band. Visually, it’s almost identical to the Fitbit Charge 5’s strap (it also shares the sensor layout with the Fitbit Charge 5), except it has a metal ring instead of a plastic one, and it doesn’t have the embossed Fitbit logo.
tagtech414 also raved about the watch’s comfort, saying it “feels like it doesn’t exist,” noting that “the crown doesn’t poke into the back of my hand when I bend my wrist back or type.”
