Citizens who have been vaccinated against the Coronavirus, or have carried out a recent molecular or antigen test with negative results (valid for 48 hours) or those who have recovered from the infection will be able to obtain it. The availability of the document will be gradual, because the indexing process began today from the national platform of the Ministry of Health, i.e. the transfer of digital certifications, which will gradually extend over the next few days to all patients in the Emilia health system. -Romagna.
