According to what has been explained, Oval’s activities will be integrated into those of the online broker Etx Capital, another British company that is already part of the Guru Capital portfolio, which is also negotiating the acquisition of all the shares of Oval Marketplace, the headquarters Spanish by Oval Money.

Oval was born in 2017 and is best known for the app of the same name that allows you to invest and manage savings and has over 100,000 active users; Etx, on the other hand, is one of the leading brokers providing online trading services to UK and European clients and was founded in 1965.
