Under house arrest in his home in Como, a 39-year-old was surprised by the carabinieri in a gym in Montano Lucino. The man, engaged in a training session, was arrested by the military.
The 39-year-old, originally from the Dominican Republic, as established by the judge was allowed to leave his home only in the afternoon to go to work in Casnate con Bernate. The gym was not part of the permitted activities.
When the carabinieri found the 39-year-old in the sports facility, the arrest for evasion from house arrest was triggered.
