Health: Giovanna Pepe director of Nuclear Medicine in S.Matteo - Lombardy

He joined the university career in medicine.

(ANSA) – MILAN, 12 JUL – Giovanna Pepe is the new director of the Nuclear Medicine Complex Operating Unit of the San Matteo Polyclinic in Pavia. Born in 1977, she graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Bari where she also obtained a specialization in Nuclear Medicine. After a brief experience of clinical and research activity at the European Institute of Oncology in Milan, he worked at Humanitas in Rozzano.

He joined the university career in medicine.

“Honorary Lecturer” of Nuclear Medicine for the University of Milan in the academic year 2013-2014, she was tutor for medical students from 2014 to 2020, adjunct professor in MED 36 for the course of Medicine and Surgery (Medical School) and for the nursing course for Humanitas University, as well as co-author of numerous scientific publications of international importance and of some book chapters.

He is currently a member of the European Association of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (Eanmmi).
