The cappuccino. Sometimes, it can happen that you are away from home and have nothing with you. Nowadays many bars offer the possibility to choose between healthy foods. If you don’t have this luck, you can opt for a cappuccino. Being a small portion, even if made with whole milk it will not negatively affect the line. Once this is done, take a banana, dip it in this cream and, wrapped in cling film, put it in the freezer.
