However, in the remaining universities in Switzerland, foreign students do not have to pay higher fees than their Swiss colleagues, also in this case the exception is the University of Lugano, where foreigners pay twice as much as Swiss.

For what concern cost of living instead the situation varies a lot from city to city, however in general living in Switzerland is more expensive than in Italy, but everything also depends on the lifestyle you want to adopt. On average, the cost of living is between 19,000 and 29,000 francs a year (from 20,000 to 30,000 euros).
