The world‘s first floating and ecologically sustainable megacity will rise off the coast of Busan, a city in South Korea. Designed by the technology company Oceanix, in collaboration with the architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group, the city will cost 200 million dollars and will be ready in 2025. UN-Habitat, the agency of the United Nations which deals with socially and environmentally sustainable urbanization.
