Ingredients for 2 people:

200 grams spaghetti 1/2 – 1 teaspoon homemade garlic oil 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (or less, depending on taste) 40 grams freshly grated Parmesan A dash of fresh lime juice (from half or quartered lime) Salt and freshly ground black pepper Optional: a few Fresh basil leaves for decoration


1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente and drain after the cooking time. But keep some of the cooking water.

2. Heat the garlic oil lightly in a pan, add chili flakes and sauté briefly. Then deglaze with a dash of lime juice.

3. Now add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, add half of the parmesan and toss everything well. If necessary, add a small splash of cooking water to make the noodles more supple.
