Leaks aren’t uncommon these days, but it’s not uncommon for leaks to occur like the recent Marvel Returns. We’re talking about a recent situation where guest host Techniq started posting about She-Hulk as part of an Xbox livestream and eventually revealed that he knew someone who voiced the character in the Crystal Dynamics game. Oddly enough, all of this happened while lead designer Brian Waggoner watched in awe.
“Do you want a fun fact about the Hulk? I don’t know if I can say that. I think it’s public knowledge…I just want to say this. I don’t like Brian’s expression, maybe I shouldn’t. Say.” Techniq went on to say, “My acting coach is actually the voice of the Hulk. I won’t name her because I don’t know if it’s known to the public. I think so? Announced?”
In response to the question, Waggoner said, “No. No. We never announced the Hulk. We…we don’t announce things…you know, “Soon,” we’re working on our next hero, We haven’t said who it will be. It’s going to be a while, and we’re now focused on celebrating the work the team has done on Jane.
Considering that Jane Foster was only added to Marvel’s Avengers on June 28, we probably won’t see a new character for a while, but considering that The Hulk: The Attorney Disney+ series is coming, and all signs point to some level of authenticity. However, as always, please treat this information with caution until Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics announce anything official.
