In April off the masks outdoors but it is mandatory to have them with you – health

by admin

Stop outdoor masks but it is mandatory to have them with you and use them in case of Assembly. They remain mandatory indoors. This is provided by the ordinance signed by the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza. Until March 31, 2022, it reads, “it is mandatory on the entire national territory to wear respiratory protection devices in indoor places other than private homes” and “in outdoor places it is mandatory on the entire national territory to always have respiratory protection devices with them and to wear them where gatherings or crowding occur”.

The ordinance specifies that they are not obliged to wear the respiratory protection device: children under the age of six; people with pathologies or disabilities incompatible with the use of the mask, as well as people who must communicate with a disabled person so that they cannot use the device; subjects who are carrying out sports activities. In any case, the anti-contagion protocols and guidelines provided for economic, productive, administrative and social activities, as well as the guidelines for the consumption of food and drink in public places or open to the public, are without prejudice. It is also specified that “the use of the respiratory protection device complements and does not replace other measures of protection from Contagion”. The ordinance shall take effect from 11 February 2022 and until 31 March 2022. The provisions also apply to regions with special status and to the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano.
