Incentives for less temporary work in nursing

Nursing staff in hospitals need colleagues they can rely on, who relieve them of weekend and night shifts. That’s why we create incentives to employ nursing staff on a permanent basis instead of resorting to temporary work. Temporary work in care should be the exception and not the rule. Therefore, the higher costs are not refinanced.
