Microsoft has launched an Xbox cloud streaming game service compatible with the Safari browser on the iPhone, and some gamepad partners will also provide 3 months of free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate service. The service has passed the beta testing stage and is now available on iPhone and iPad through the Safari browser, and users can play games with the screen or external controller.
Run Xbox Game Pass through the Safari browser. Like Nvidia GeForce Now, users only need to add the service website to their home screen to use it easily; and Xbox Game Pass will appear as an application icon and launch a Safari window without the usual UI surrounding the page. Then, users only need to log in to their account to start playing the game.
It should be noted that, Xbox Game Pass is compatible with iOS devices. The minimum system requirements are iOS 14.4 or higher and Bluetooth 4.0 or higher. Not all iPhone and iPad models can support it.
While launching Game Pass, Xbox also cooperated with specific gamepad retailers to launch a special offer. Players who purchase Backbone One or the new Razer Kishi will receive 3 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Both gamepads can be connected to the user’s iPhone and connected via the Lightning port. They turn the iPhone into a handheld computer that simulates games, and complete the game launch system through a special application. These two handles provide similar functions and connection mechanisms. The difference lies in the customer’s preference-Kishi has a thicker chassis and handle, while Backbone One is thinner, but not as compact for carrying.
