Could these be the specifications of AMD Radeon RX 7900XT?

Compute Units have been the basic components of AMD GPU series for the past ten years, but with the emergence of next-generation MCD (Multi-Chiplet Die) GPUs, the total number of CUs will increase dramatically. Because of the need to make such a huge change, AMD may have decided to use WGP as the main calculation. As mentioned earlier, each Navi 31 GPU will have 30 WGP and each WGP will have 256 processors. This will provide 7,680 cores per chip, for a total of 15,360 cores.

There are rumors that the upcoming RDNA 3 GPU will surpass any product provided by NVIDIA in terms of rasterization performance. It seems that AMD will be the first to provide GPUs powered by MCM under its Radeon RX graphics card product line. But at the same time, NVIDIA is expected to quickly transition to its MCM GPU series, which will provide a performance improvement over Ampere GPU 3 times.

AMD RDNA3 architecture should now be unveiled in the third or fourth quarter of 2022. AMD is also developing Navi 34, Navi 33 and Navi 32 GPUs.
