Or again, we should brush our teeth between 20 and 40 minutes after finishing a meal. Especially if you have consumed acid-containing foods or drinks, such as wine, fruit juices, or citrus fruits. Rubbing the bristles, in fact, could damage the enamel while it still undergoes the acid action of these foods.

By using this little trick, in fact, we will avoid the transmission of germs and microorganisms, to and from the bristles. A hygiene habit that will surely bring beneficial effects in the long run.
