It is the right toaccessibility, or “the ability of computer systems, in the forms and within the limits permitted by technological knowledge, to provide services and provide usable information, without discrimination, even by those who, due to their disability, require assistive technologies or particular configurations”.
Accessibility rights must be guaranteed with reference to systems, sites, applications and documents.

- companies that offer services to the public through websites or mobile applications, with an average turnover, in the last three years of activity, of more than five hundred million euros
