By leveraging the technology of cloud computing, ezOntheCall allows operators to quickly and easily retrieve updated patient data, even possibly to be shared via video calls: to develop this solution, LG collaborated with the medical technology provider ezCaretechby adapting its video conferencing platform to “ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience”. In practice, by combining Lg’s video conference platform with ezCaretech’s telemedicine application, this new technology allows the staff of clinics and hospitals to manage administrative processes and to update related folders during remote communication with patients.
As we understand, this new platform was also designed to meet the growing demand for effective tools for remote diagnosis and medical consultation and it can also work within browsers on computers and smartphones.
