In a press release, developer Nine Dot Studios and publisher Prime Matter announced that they will be bringing Outward to the latest generation of consoles for the first time in the form of the Ultimate Edition, which is scheduled to arrive in May. This version will also be available on PC.
In addition to the base game, this new package will also include 2 previously released DLCs: “The Three Brothers” and “The Soroborans”. Some new content also comes with it, for example, players will get new challenges, new unique encounters in dungeons, new defeat scenes, and some new diseases. This release will also include many quality of life updates and game balance tweaks. As for those who already own the base game and DLC, they can redeem a copy of the Ultimate Edition for free.
