“Questions canceled, badly assigned scores, modified etiquette codes for which many candidates are no longer able to access to view their tests, all the flaws of an inadequate system are coming to the surface. It is a pity that to pay for the incompetence of those who should guarantee transparency and fairness are thousands of young aspiring doctors “, explains the president Massimo Tortorella.
24 SET – “The results of the admission test to the degree course in medicine have come out and, as expected both from the setting of the exam and from the first scores, we are receiving thousands of reports for irregularities. Canceled applications, badly assigned scores, modified etiquette codes for which many candidates are no longer able to log in to view their tests, all the flaws of an inadequate system are coming to the surface. Too bad that the incompetence of those who should guarantee transparency and fairness are paid for by thousands of young aspiring doctors who have spent the summer on the books to prepare themselves better ”.
This is what the president of Consulcesi declares, Massimo Tortorella following the publication of the medical test scores on 3 September. From today, students can see the result of their test and the personal data sheet in the reserved area on Universitaly. The admission exam, as is well known, has raised various controversies due to the errors contained in the test which, despite the admission of responsibility by the commission in charge, the Ministry has not deemed it necessary to invalidate.
“Thousands of students ask for the cancellation of the test, many parents are contacting us to understand how to move so as not to fade their children’s dream of wearing a white coat; we have already set up the appeals which, as we have already had the opportunity to reiterate in recent weeks, have all the means to be won. We do not surrender to an inadequate system, which does not take into account the actual preparation of students and which does not fully guarantee the right to study and training. We have thousands of victories behind us, the last one recognized by the State Council, so we will continue alongside students and their families to give them back what they deserve, that is the opportunity to access the degree course ”, concludes Tortorella.
