And the same members could never train there again, despite the paid subscriptions because, a few days after the surprise, the equipment was taken away.
Three years after the events, the members of the Master Fit, which stood in the premises of the Polisportiva Corassori, are on a war footing more than ever. Represented by the lawyer Rosanna Brogneri, through Federconsumatori they intend to ask for justice and, for this reason, many of them will appear in civil action.
The first hearing ended with a postponement following the presentation by the defense lawyer of the gymnasium of an objection of admissibility.
However, the engines are warming up in view of the next hearings.
“To date we have collected about fifteen adhesions as a civil party – specifies the lawyer Brogneri – Of the members, 31 have decided to prepare a complaint with the Finance Police through Federconsumatori”.
After the closure, in 2018, there were more blitzes by Fiamme Gialle, carabinieri and police. It was thoroughly investigated, although there were not the conditions to arrive at a preventive seizure of assets, a lot of documentation was acquired.
“Subscriptions cost 399 euros, to which must be added the 39 euros for registration – adds the lawyer – There are also families involved in this situation. The members saw the subscription disappear in three months and on February 28 they found the sign warning them of the closure of the gym. It is right, also in principle, that they can be protected ».
