Moderna today announced preliminary data on neutralizing antibodies against the omicron variant, induced by boosters at dose levels of 50 µg and 100 µg.
The currently licensed 50 µg booster of the mrna-1273 vaccine increases antibody levels to omicron by approximately 37 times compared to pre-boost levels, while the 100 µg dose of the same mrna-1273 vaccine increases the neutralizing antibody levels by approximately 83 times compared to pre-boost levels.
