National admission tests in person: what you need to know about entrances and security

University of Parma, the dates of the admission tests to the degree courses with a limited number of national attendance are approaching. All useful information can be found on the University website https://www.unipr.it/didattica/info-amministrative/test-di-ammissione-2021-2022.

Below are the details on the tests course by course and the general indications on the measures that candidates must comply with for the prevention of risks from the spread of the coronavirus.

Wednesday 1 September: Veterinary Medicine

Science and Technology Campus, “Expansion” of the didactic Engineering Plexus. Candidates must present themselves for recognition starting at 10 and the test will start at 13.

Friday 3 September: Medicine and Surgery and Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics

Pavilion 8 of the Parma Fairs (Viale delle Esposizioni 393 / A). There is a single national test for both degree programs.

Candidates must present themselves in front of the entrance to Hall 8, for recognition, starting at 9.30 and the test will start at 13.

For the day of September 3, a TEP shuttle service will be available to candidates, every 15 minutes:

from the Parma railway station to the exhibition center, from 8.15 to 11.30
return from the exhibition center to the Parma railway station, from 3 to 5.30 pm

Thursday 9 September: Medicine and Surgery

Science and Technology Campus, “Expansion” of the didactic Engineering Plexus. Candidates must present themselves for recognition starting at 9 and the test will start at 12.

Tuesday, September 14: courses of the health professions (Physiotherapy, Nursing, Speech therapy, Orthoptics and ophthalmological assistance, Obstetrics, Hearing aid techniques, Prevention techniques in the environment and in the workplace, Biomedical laboratory techniques, Techniques of medical radiology, for images and radiotherapy)

DOCUMENTATION AND RULES OF CONDUCT TO FOLLOW DURING THE PHASES OF ACCESS TO THE STRUCTURE

All candidates must follow the instructions below and collaborate with the staff present to prevent the risks of spreading the coronavirus.

Particularly:

access to the competition area is allowed only to candidates who have to sit the test. Any accompanying persons will have to wait for the candidates outside;
it is necessary to always keep a safe distance from other people / candidates. Candidates must line up in front of the access gates and the counters for recognition in an orderly and spaced way, avoiding creating crowds;
you do not have to bring any type of baggage, except for justified exceptional situations. All personal belongings of candidates must be placed inside a bag or container that will be sealed by the staff. It is recalled that during the test candidates cannot consult notes, use telephones or other electronic devices which must be switched off and placed in the bag / container;
it is necessary to frequently sanitize your hands with the gel contained in the special dispensers at the entrance and on the stations set up for the recognition of the candidates and for the delivery of the competition material;
candidates must equip and wear, from the moment of access until the exit, FFP2 masks that correctly cover the airways (mouth and nose). The use of non-filtering face masks and community masks in the possession of the same candidates is not permitted under any circumstances;
before starting the identification procedures it is advisable to go to the toilets;
it is necessary to present a valid green pass or a report relating to a rapid or molecular antigen test, carried out by means of a gold / rhino-pharyngeal swab at an accredited / authorized public or private facility on a date not earlier than 48 hours from the date of the tests.
It is necessary to submit the declaration, pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000 as per the model transmitted by the Ministry, certifying the absence of any symptom attributable to COVID-19, not to be subjected to the measure of quarantine or fiduciary home isolation and / or the prohibition removal from one’s home / home as a measure to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 infection as well as the possession of one of the green certifications.

Self-certification (models on the University of Parma website, the one for health professions will soon be available) DOES NOT replace the green certification – green pass.

In case of refusal to produce the self-declaration or to complete it in its entirety, the candidates will not be admitted to the competition area. If the candidate does not have suitable certification with him, he will not be able to access the competition premises and the exclusion from the competition will be acknowledged with a declaration of exclusion signed by the personnel in charge.

We also remind you that you must not go to the competition venue if you are suffering from one or more of the following symptoms: temperature above 37.5 ° C and chills; recent breathing difficulties; sudden loss of smell (anosmia) or decreased sense of smell (hyposmia), loss of taste (ageusia) or altered taste (dysgeusia); sore throat, cough, cold, chills, diarrhea, conjunctivitis, headache or flu.

It is not necessary to go to the bankruptcy office if subjected to the measure of quarantine or fiduciary home isolation and / or the prohibition of removal from one’s home / home as a measure to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 contagion.

It is not possible to consume food (unless proven by medical certifications) except drinks supplied.

The candidate is required to immediately inform the commissioners and the supervisory staff if he begins to show any flu-like symptoms, even during the written test, taking care to remain at an adequate distance (at least two meters) from the people present.
The candidate must follow the security staff in a special area dedicated to isolation and the competent health authorities, as well as the police will be promptly notified in case of refusal to get up from the station and stop the test.

Candidates admitted to the competition area will then be invited by the assistance staff to reach, appropriately spaced, the room where the test will take place. The staff of the commission present in the classroom will assign the seat to the candidate

Once the candidates have reached the position assigned to them, they must:
• remain seated for the entire period preceding the rehearsal, during and at the end of the rehearsal until they are authorized to exit;
• before the start of the test, you will be allowed to leave your station exclusively to go to the toilets or for other undelayable reasons;

• obligatorily and correctly wear the FFP2 mask;

• do not consume food with the exception of drinks which candidates must have in advance.
