Rewe: Manufacturer recalls minced meat product

The recall relates to the product “yes! Cevapcici (ready seasoned for pan and grill)” in a 1000g bag and the expiration date June 14, 2024. It has the lot identification EAN 4337256136457 and has already been taken out of sale.

The manufacturer Tillman’s Convenience GmbH strongly advises consumers not to consume it as there is a risk of injury to the mouth and throat. Internal injuries or bleeding could also occur.

Anyone who has purchased an affected product can easily return it to any point of sale. The purchase price will be refunded even without presentation of the receipt.

If you have already eaten the cevapcici and think you have swallowed metal foreign bodies, you should consult a doctor. For example, he can use X-rays to determine whether there are metal splinters in the body and initiate appropriate measures.
