Guidelines, needs plan and notices for the recruitment of personnel in possession of the requirements. This is the road map set this morning in Cittadella following a meeting between the trade unions – Cgil Fp, Cisl Fp, Uil Fpl, Fials, Fsi, Nursing Up – and the general manager of the Health Protection department, Iole Fantozzi. On the agenda the path to stabilization of healthcare workers hired in Calabria with precarious contracts during the covid emergency but which could benefit from the stabilization procedures defined in the latest budget law.
Guidelines
The meeting ended with the signing of an agreement which first of all envisages a commitment by the Region to issue: “guidelines for regional health service companies that envisage homogeneous paths throughout the territory so that the health personnel and the socio-health workers in possession of the requisites can be stabilized “. In addition, the Region will have to start by the month of June «the process aimed at approving the 2022 Requirements and Hiring Plansarranging that companies draw up enhanced employment plans with respect to the plans in force in the 2019/2020 operational program “.
Recruiting Notices
Finally, as of July 1st, the companies «will have to proceed the publication of notices aimed at identifying the personnel in possession of the requisites taking into account the consistency of the stabilizations with the requirements plans and with the 2022 hiring plans “. In the meantime and during the phase of conclusion of the procedures “in order not to jeopardize the disbursement of Lea”, the Region will send the companies a circular “so that, taking into consideration all types of contracts, they have keeping staff on duty precarious consistent with the needs and hiring plan “.
The position of the union
The general secretary of the CISL FP intervened on this point Luciana Giordano specifying that “the agreement must provide for all precarious health personnel, hired with any form of employment relationship, considering that the need for human resources exceeds the availability of professionals currently serving in the various companies”.
It was also requested that “all available resources be used for stabilization, including those destined for the Southern Regions by the National Equity and Health Program 2021-2027″. The position of the CISL FP was clear: “All types of precarious work must be included, all without foreclosure and an extraordinary plan for the recruitment of health personnel must finally be implemented in Calabria to make up for the serious shortage of human resources registered in the service Calabrian health care even before the covid emergency ».
